Since 1991 I have had the privilege to serve as a team player to thousands or organizations. My High Tech/High Touch approach helps to ensure that each project is not just a project but a relationship. Each relationship is with leadership that invests in many lives, therefore every opportunity I have to invest in an organization’s AVL system is an opportunity to touch hundreds and thousands of lives with a positive impact. I have had the privilege of working with very large organizations as well as help several organizations start with only a handful of people. These experiences have led me to approach each opportunity with its unique set of circumstances in mind. As a believer in ongoing training, I attend classes on a regular basis to further my knowledge base on equipment, installation procedures, etc.
Since graduating from Kennesaw State with a Media Communication degree in 2010, I have made a living as a contract musician and music teacher. I started with PDH in February of 2015 and have enjoyed my time working behind the scenes. I’m learning to apply my technical knowledge and networking skills developed within the music industry to managing several simultaneous projects and communicating with an array of people. It’s a joy to work for PDH and see satisfied customers showing off their installs and equipment around the Southeast.
I joined Team PDH in 2000 as a novice to the industry. My background included specialized tile installation and project management . Working in the custom tile industry prepared me for the custom AV installation market. Each project we do at PDH is custom built for that particular church. As a certified rigging specialist I can sleep well at night knowing that every item we hang over head is safe and secure. I receive great joy in taking a “less than desirable” AV situation and walking away with a “satisfied” customer that has the capacity to communicate his message to his audience. From the hanging the speaker, to the cable path, to the interconnectivity each area of the system is an important part of that systems integrity and has my fingerprints on each detail.
I joined Team PDH in June of 2014. My background has been in customer service for close to 20 years. I enjoy being in the office and being that first person that you speak to with PDH Systems. I look forward to speaking with each of our clients and assisting in making their needs a success.

I started as a missionary kid in the Philippines running sound and setting up systems for my missionary parents. I have had the opportunity to travel with several touring singing groups as well as work full time in the integration market since 1989. I joined Team PDH in 2005 as the Lead Engineer/Project Manager and have never looked back. In my years at PDH I have had the privilege of overseeing dozens, if not hundreds, of church installations and renovation projects. I have been certified in several manufacturer certification courses such as Draper and Yamaha, just to name a few. I see my relationship as the bridge between our design team and the end user, connecting the gap between engineered science and lay person.
My name is Tristan Lincoln, I specialize in audio, recording, and mixing. I have a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts from Full Sail University. I produce music in my off time and I am constantly learning new methods and ideas for audio. I look forward to each and every day so that I am able to hone my talents and better myself as an audio technician.
Through my experience as an aspiring musician, I developed an interest in learning what went on behind the scenes of concert and theatre production. In an endeavor to gain understanding and experience in the industry, I began to work as a stagehand in the Atlanta area. During my time as a stagehand, I worked in both concert and corporate environments, focusing my efforts in audio, video, lighting, and carpentry.
In the summer of 2015, I joined the PDH team and immediately knew that I was a part of something good. I am looking very forward in continuing to serve on the PDH team!
